Niccolò, the chef, has been passionate about cooking since he was a child.
Although from Milan, he has spent his entire life to-ing and fro-ing to Genoa and Liguria.
Umberta is from Genoa but has lived in Milan for many years. She takes care of welcoming guests and serving food and drinks.
Niccolò and Umberta met in Greece and divide their time between Milan and the Island of Kea (Tzia) in the Cyclades.

Niccolò is an author and musician who has written and collaborated with leading Italian artists. Umberta works in the sailing world. They share a passion for the sea and for cooking with quality ingredients and authentic flavours.

Whether they are in Italy or in Greece, they love opening their home to old friends and new, turning their delight in good food into hospitality and new friendships.

They speak Italian, English and French.
